Yes. Upload the best artwork available and explain what you require. We can assess the file and advise whether additional artwork preparation is needed. Artwork fees may apply for adjustments, rebuilding or complex preparation.

No. Upload your artwork and provide your requirements, and our team will recommend the most suitable method. Depending on your design and quantity, this may include screenprinting, embroidery or heat transfers.

Yes. We source blank apparel from trusted Australian and international suppliers. You can browse our garment range or ask our team to recommend suitable products for your budget and intended use.

Customer-supplied garments require approval before being accepted. We do not accept supplied garments from brands for which madebyplasma holds a wholesale account.

A handling and sorting fee of $60 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour, applies to all approved customer-supplied orders. Garments must be clean, unworn, separated by size and clearly labelled with your job details.

Please supply five additional garments for print setup and testing. madebyplasma cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied garments affected by misprints, testing or production issues. Additional terms apply.

Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are preferred. PSD files and high-resolution JPEG or PNG files may also be accepted.

Raster artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI at the intended decoration size. Convert fonts to outlines and embed all linked images where possible.

Yes. Once your quote is approved and paid, we’ll prepare a digital e-proof through our automated screenprinting software.

The e-proof will show your artwork, approximate placement, dimensions, colours and production details. Production will not begin until you approve it.

We use the Pantone Matching System for screenprinting colour references. Please supply Pantone Solid Coated colours where available.

Screen colours may appear differently across computer screens and mobile devices. Your digital e-proof is a production guide and not an exact digital representation of the finished ink colour.

Embroidery pricing depends on the number of garments, stitch count, design size, garment type and decoration location. Uploading your artwork allows us to assess these requirements and provide accurate pricing.

Our minimum for screenprinting is 25 garments per design or colourway. Minimum quantities for embroidery and other decoration methods may vary depending on the product and artwork.

Full payment is required before we order garments, prepare the digital e-proof or schedule production.

Our standard turnaround is approximately 10 to 12 working days from payment and final digital e-proof approval.

Specialty products, complex artwork, multiple decoration methods and custom finishing may require additional time. Courier transit time is not included.

Rush production may be available, subject to production capacity and garment availability.

Approved rush orders completed within approximately three working days incur a 25% surcharge. Ultra-rush orders may incur a 50% surcharge.

In most cases yes! Include your required completion date when requesting your quote. We’ll confirm whether the deadline is achievable before you approve and pay.

Do not assume a deadline has been accepted unless it is confirmed in writing by madebyplasma.

Yes. Provide your previous quote, invoice or job reference when requesting a reorder.

Reorders remain subject to current garment availability, pricing, minimum quantities and production schedules.

Yes. We offer retail-ready finishing services, including printed or woven labels, folding, individual bagging, size stickers and barcode application.

Include these requirements in your original quote request so they can be priced and scheduled correctly.

Yes. We ship orders Australia-wide and provide online tracking when available. You can also collect your completed order from our Burleigh Heads workshop.
