Print position in screenprinting directly impacts the quality and aesthetics of the final product. Accurate print placement ensures the design appears centred, aligned, and at the desired distance from edges or seams, resulting in a clean look. Print position enhances the visual appeal of merchandise and your brand's image.

Standard Print Positions

1. Centre Chest: A classic and popular choice for t-shirts and sweatshirts, with the design centred on the chest area.
2. Left Chest: Often used for logos or small designs on the upper left side of the chest
3. Full Front: Extending from the neckline to the lower hem, suitable for more extensive, bold designs on t-shirts or hoodies.
4. Full Back: A prominent design placement covering the entire back of the garment, often used for branding or artwork.
5. Sleeves: Designs can be printed on the sleeves, with options for upper arm, lower arm, or full sleeve prints.
6. Over Pocket Print: Designs placed on a shirt or jacket's pocket area add a unique touch.
7. Neck Print: Near the collar's back, ideal for branding or a small design element.
8. Side Print: Running along the side seam, adding a creative and trendy touch to the garment.
9. Bottom Hem: A subtle location for a discreet, small design element near the hem of the garment.
10. Inside Neck Print: "refers to a label or design printed on the inside of a garment's collar for branding and garment information.

*We can screenprint on most garment positions. However, limitations may arise due to fabric and artwork size restraints and specific positions that don't allow clean printing on ready-made garments.

To ensure the best possible print results, please follow these guidelines for print-ready artwork. 

1. Artwork Dimensions: Create your artwork at the size you want it to be printed. This helps maintain the intended quality and proportions. View our max print size and position guide here. 
2. High-Resolution Artwork: For best results, create high-resolution artwork. Although we double-check files, the best practice is to send us the correct file from the beginning to avoid delays in the pre-press process
3. Need Artwork Assistance? We're Here: If you have difficulties with your artwork, don't hesitate to reach out. We can assist you in getting your files print-ready. Depending on the complexity, this service may require an artwork fee. 
4. Fonts and Images:  All fonts must converted into outlines, and all images are embedded within the file. This ensures accurate rendering during the printing process.
5. DPI Requirement: Files should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size. This is crucial for sharp and clear results.
6. Accepted File Formats: Save your artwork in one of the following formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), Illustrator PDF, EPS, or Hi-Resolution JPEG or PNG files. These formats are most compatible with our printing processes.

The art of Colour.

If you need a specific colour for your artwork or design, please specify in your order details; we only use the Pantone Solid Coated Series for colour accuracy for our in-house ink mixing process. If a Pantone colour has not been selected for your artwork, you can pick colours from our downloadable colour guide here to match as close to the artwork as possible. Otherwise, our team will compare the colours from the computer screen and check the artwork provided as closely as possible.

It is important to note that Pantone Colours vary from monitor to monitor and from swatch book to the ink mixed. We allow a tolerance of +/- 5% variance from the swatch book to the actual print on the garment, as minor colour differences may occur during the formulation of the ink mixing process and the garment selection. 

*If you have a previously printed garment from another print shop or have an example tee and would like us to match the colour or colours, please supply this, and we will match as closely as possible.

Pick Up: When your order is complete, we'll email you that it is ready for pickup. 

Preferred courier: If you have a preferred courier that you already have an account with, please let us know during the ordering process. You will need to email the shipping labels to us.  

We use Auspost & Aramex Couriers. 

We aim to have all orders processed and shipped on the same day of the completion of your production.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number. 

Aramex usually delivers between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and leaves a calling card if no one is home. You can arrange an alternate time for them to return and deliver the item to you or pick it up at their depot, whichever suits you best. Estimated delivery times (once shipped):
